Balloon Service Information

How long do helium balloons last?
Foil balloons with helium will stay afloat for a few days to a week depending on the environment.
Our latex balloons are all treated with Hi-Float to extend their float time to 24-48 hours (~ 2 days). The morning next day, you may notice latex balloons are a bit smaller. Hi-Float does not stop helium escaping a latex balloon over time.
Keep all balloons in a ventilated space at room temperature. Open your balloon bag. Don't leave in the car, heat will cause your foil balloons to expand and then go soft at room temperature (or worst, tear on expansion). Latex balloons will deflate faster the more they expand.

Replacements and refunds are not guaranteed once balloons leave our store (or once delivered by us).
We recommend allowing half hour once balloons are inflated instore to check for seal (we do this for pre-orders).

We will not fill balloons with helium intended for release Please consider our environment.

In-store Information:

Balloons to be paid for before we inflate them.

We can fill your own supplied balloons. If the balloon fails (pops, goes flat or fails to float) we do not offer refunds or replacements.

Walk-in balloon orders (same day)
We can usually complete balloon orders on the same day. However, if only one staff member is available to fulfil your order, customers waiting at the counter downstairs take priority. That means you may have to wait longer for your order.
