Treasure Trove's Refund policy
Returns:
Our policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Types of goods are exempt from being returned: Underwear, swimwear and gift cards.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges & Refunds:
If an item is faulty (not including damage from transit) Treasure Trove may replace the product or may offer a refund or may offer a store credit, Treasure Trove must be notified within 7 days and item must be returned to complete this process. If you are unhappy with the product, Treasure Trove may at its own discretion, exchange the item or offer a store credit. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ttrove@live.com.au and send your item to:

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund or exchange the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
